At Salbina, We understand that buying things online sometimes doesn’t go as planned. Therefore we allow returns for store credit or exchange done within a time period.
To request a refund of store credit, please make sure these following are true:
- The item(s) have not be used, worn, stained, washed, defected or manipulated.
- The items are within 30 days of delivery confirmation. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer to you any refund or exchange.
- The items are still in their original packaging or tag.
- All sale items are final therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- We do not accept returns on the following items: *** Jewelry, Lingerie, Swimwear & Intimate Items.***
If all of this stands true, please request a refund and we will process it. After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and store credit issued to your account.
